I Learn From Even My Failures.

One will never know how to succeed unless they sample the bitterness of failure. It's both dangerous and beautiful and can make or break a individual in a lot of ways. Learn to control failure and you'll never come to know defeat. Learn to let failure control you, and you could spend your days full of sorrow and contempt for yourself.

Learn to admit and comprehend mistakes. When a individual owns up to their errors or failures, they become a much bigger individual in the eyes of other people. Not only this, but admitting your faults will allow you to see them and learn to prevent them in the future. The individual whom blindly denies fault will commit the same errors an countless number of times. The individual whom acknowledges their faults can learn from them and might never make the same error again.

Make the habit of observing your mistakes. Not only will this help to admit what you have done, but it will give you a more positive outlook on life and build you to be more magnetic. Don't make mistakes to be observed because you love making them. Instead, look at them like a commencement party. You're celebrating the fact that you have grown above your errors and will not be returning to them any time soon.

Self-regard is basically having esteem for yourself. It implies caring about yourself enough to make healthy selections. Many individuals learn that loving yourself is selfish, but this is a contradictory thought to having self-respect. In order to have self-regard, you need to love yourself. This as well means acting in a way that is loving towards yourself and furthers other people to treat you with love and regard. It seems like good sense and that everybody should know how to love themselves, but some of the times we learn unhealthy behaviors.

Hold in mind that altering our behavior is a essential step to improving self-respect. If we want respect, we need to convey to other people that we are worthy of respect. We need to take responsibility to our own level of self-regard. Blaming other people for the past will not get you the self-regard you want in the present. Center on what you want, be mindful of your self-talk, be determined to make the necessary changes and treat yourself with respectfulness.

Know that comprehending behavior can be the window to change. Once we discover the link between our thoughts and feelings and our triggers, we stand a chance in altering our behavior. Our conduct is an expression of our thoughts and feelings. Occasionally, there might be gaps between what we think, how we feel and how we act. This variance can lead to conflict, stress or tenseness, poor decision-making or judgment, and mood or affect.

I Merit Being Well-off.

With the changing tides of destiny, we all want to stay prosperous. The most crucial quality to prosperity is a conscious decision to keep a positive attitude in the face of hardship and a core belief in positive results. The challenge of the day is to stay centered on what you have and not fall prey to far-flung negative thinking; think addition, not subtraction. Take a personal inventory now of what natural endowment, abilities and assets you posses, and research ways to make use of those strengths. It's worthwhile to stay busy and constructive while the sea of the world’s riches shifts.

Hang in with positive thoughts, words and actions no matter what individuals around you are saying or doing. Don't fall under the quicksand of the "poor me" mental attitude, which will only multiply your troubles. Rather, stand fast and make every thought, word and deed a commitment to positive results. Seek the good and you will find it. Cultivate these habits regularly and you will develop a reservoir of force to meet all of life's challenges. The price of being prosperous during the changing tide of circumstances is vigilant good-will on every level, coupled with positive attitudes and actions. Have assurance in yourself, your abilities and your ambitions.

I Afford Myself License To Have What I Want.

Many things we get come in different manners. The way I am going to show you is a way that allows for things to come to you, versus giving chase to it.

First of all, you will need to realize that there are different ways in which you are able to attract what you want. If you exclusively see one way to get what you wish for, then letting it come to you might be more thought-provoking.

In order to allow matters to come to you, you have to intend for it. When you intend for it you have to recognize that it is for the higher good of all concerned. Put differently a few things you don't receive may be because other people will have to stick out bad circumstances in order for you to bring forth what you want. So make certain it is in the best interest of everybody implicated.

Last but not least, when you make this intention you must envision it in your minds eye. See that you already have what you require, and feel it to be so. After a couple of days just let it go. Stay uninvolved and unconcerned if you get it or not, and set about your day. You will feel an huge power in the letting go of it, and pretty soon if all goes well you will have allowed what you wish for to come into your life.

I've found it impossible to watch this online. It only buffers around 6 - 9 seconds at a time and then stops to download the next 9 seconds. I'm on a fast (10MB) ADSL connection and I've tried watching it several times at different times of the day. It also apparently can't be downloaded.

I was really looking forward to this, it was my main reason for joining. Can it be made downloadable please?

My name is Rory Gaines. I've been a Matrix Mind member for the last 25 days or so. First, I'm going to point out the issues I've had with Matrix Mind. I've not received any replies any of my emails starting a week ago. I've tried phone support, left a message and have received no response. I don't know what is the issue. I do, however, have the same issue with other marketers selling similar products. For a number of matrix videos the "Click the icon to download this video to your computer"
"*You will need Adobe Media Player to play this video, you can get it free here"
Effective September 16, 2010, Adobe® Media Player software will no longer be available for download from the Adobe TV website. Effective December 15, 2010, Adobe Media Player will no longer be available for download from Adobe.com. There are third-party desktop video players available based on Adobe AIR® runtime. Please see the Adobe AIR Marketplace for more information. Thank you to both our viewers and our content partners for your support of this product."
"If you are interested in a free, standard media player that enables playback of video and other media on your website in minutes, visit the Adobe Flash® Media Playback page.
The Body Language Magic – How to Read and Make Body Movements for Maximum Success (download 50 page PDF manual) book brought me to a Adobe Connect page with a login and password access required. What's that about?

Now for my experience or overall input of the Matrix Mind. Most of the topics he covers I have little or any knowledge or education prior to the matrix mind. The ones I do, hypnosis, and hemisphere integration (or whole brain thinking, his video also going in to brain hemisphere preference) his say goes in line with mine, so it's not fluff. The 28 days just goes into the basics, which is good if you're unfamiliar with the subject matter. If there is any meaty material in this program ( which I wish it has), it must be further up in other videos. So it was worth the dollar to me to check out this program. I look forward into checking out some of the people interviewed and praised in this program. This program appears to go a good distance into what the theme is: to use your mind to the highest level. I came here wanting to learn faster, and reach my minds fullest potential. I've held that the mind is our greatest tool, the one which we use to work with other tools and that it should be our servant, serving our own purposes. Ellis, I agree that one seems to be wasting one's time with the other areas in one's life if not using one's mind or haven't developed it to his/her highest potential.

How to develop a silver tongue, a golden touch and an instant unconscious meeting of the minds.

Advanced communicators understand that the meaning of all communication is the response you get, and if you are not getting the response you want, change what you are doing.
In the twenty first century, we need to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently in order to achieve our desired outcomes. Whether it’s competition for job positions or promotions, generating more sales, or making a good first impression, rapport is priceless. Learn the skills that so many advanced communicators are harnessing today, and fast-track your success.

Jonnie Robinson was renowned for being the town’s most notorious daylight criminal. The townspeople could never tell when exactly Jonnie would strike and when he did, Jonnie was far too swift for anybody to catch him. Jonnie was planning his next robbery, and this time it would be the town’s bank. He knew that 12pm, lunch hour was when the authorities would be too busily concerned with their sandwiches to even notice if Jonnie struck.

Furthermore, Jonnie also knew that the heat of the midday sun would prevent the vigilantes and posses from going after him.

However, unlike his prolific legacy of successfully executed robberies, Jonnie’s plans did not go accordingly. Wyatt Earp, the town’s sheriff was on duty and was never one to lapse on the job. With eyes like a hawk, Wyatt Earp caught Jonnie in the midst of his offence. He chased Jonnie down the street, hot on his trail, unrelenting to give up.
Jonnie had not planned on anybody chasing him and as he raced up Scrow Peak he noticed a cave in which he could hide. As he went inside, the cave was dark and very quiet. In fact, it was so quiet that all Jonnie could hear were the sounds of his rapid and loud breathing. As he tried to catch his breath, Jonnie worried that Wyatt Earp would find him in no time because of his loud breathing. Before Jonnie could barely catch his breath, Earp entered the cave and Jonnie knew that his only chance would be to match Wyatt Earp’s breathing so he wouldn’t hear him. As he started to breath in time with Wyatt Earp’s breathing, he created unconscious rapport with Earp and remained safe while he resided in the cave.

Have you ever wondered why you get on so well with some people and then other people you never seem to ‘click’ with? No matter what you say or do, the other person never seems to respond the way you’d like? The answer lies solely in rapport. Rapport is a process of responsiveness, not necessarily “liking” the other person. Whether it’s the grumpy man at the sales counter, or your short-tempered boss, rapport is an invaluable resource that can help you overcome and avoid unfavorable situations.

Remarkably, words actually only account for 7% of communication! 38% is tonality (including voice pitch, tempo, timbre and volume) and 55% is physiology (which includes posture, breathing, gestures, facial expression and blinking). That means that people pay more attention to how you convey yourself than on what you say.

Of course, most of us are unaware of this even when we are listening to other people. It is an unconscious behavior. Wouldn’t it be useful if you knew how to convey yourself in a manner that served you and your audiences’ outcomes?

So, how can you create instant rapport with anyone, at any moment? Rapport can be established through a process of matching and cross-over mirroring. Matching means exactly that – matching the other person’s movements, gestures, posture, breathing, facial expression and tonality. Cross-over mirroring means conducting the same response as matching however you simply match the other person’s movements with a different part.
For example, as the other taps their foot, you may simply tap your pencil. Once in rapport, you can subtly make adjustments to your movements and may find that the other person responds by unconsciously matching or mirroring you! That’s the beauty of rapport, the person who leads changes back and forth unconsciously.

So have some fun practicing. Always remember to do this process in a way that is ecological. That simply means conducting yourself in a way that is good for self, others, society, planet etc. For practice, try matching the tone of the coffee-shop lady, or cross-mirroring people’s gestures on the bus.

When you’re in rapport with another person or a group of people, you’ll know.
It’s a natural tendency to want to be in a state of rapport with people. In fact, there is a science behind rapport. Itzhak Bentov in Stalking the Wild Pendulum found that rhythm entrainment is a natural phenomenon. When clocks of different sizes with the same sized pendulums were placed next to each other, they gradually synchronized their swings. In relation to machines and man, Bentov deduced that, “Nature finds it more economical in terms of energy to have periodic events that are close enough in frequency to occur in phase or in step with each other.” This shows that rapport is a positive feeling of mutual responsiveness and understanding.

The best thing to remember is to allow it to be sincere. Don’t try too hard, instead be genuinely interested in the person you are communicating with and you’ll find that rapport will flow easily and effortlessly.

After practice your ability to connect at an instant with whomever you want, when you want will increase exponentially. Look forward to the endless opportunities that rapport can create. Improve and strengthen your pre-existing and future relationships. Harnessing this skill will help you generate ways to achieve your outcomes in more efficient and fulfilling ways that serve both yourself and the people you communicate with. Take a moment now, to fully consider how rapport can create endless possibilities in your life today.

Hi!
Something else that would be great would be to create a way for a check-mark of some sort to appear, or seeing in some way at a glance the videos/audios/pdf downloads that we already viewed. I'm doing Matrix Mind and Fitness Fortunes and there's just so much great "stuff"!...but there are some overlaps and it would be much easier when we log-in to see what we already have looked at (of course it can all be reviewed over and over, but at least the first run-through would be more easy). Thanks!

I have been experimenting with mind techiques for about a year now. I started with Jose Sylva and continued with all kinds of different systems. I sleep very well and start to remember my dreams. I feel connected to others in a different way now and sometimes when I look at a person I have not met before I feel the person is very close and known to me. It feels odd but I start to also sens what they feel and think. I am a big big fan of Gerald O'Donnel as well and want to learn remote viewing and influencing next. I just find it awesome to be connected here with like-minded fellow humans :-) Thanks for that! Conny

What is the optimal length of a lesson for you? Is it 10 minutes, 20, 30, 45 or an hour?

I did what was suggested and recorded my dreams whenever I would wake up. I was totally shocked when I checked my recorder in the morning to see I had 30 entries. I always knew that I would wake up at night but I had no idea how many times it was happening or how cluttered my mind was. I am curious to see how many others are experiencing the same.
I can see that this cannot be healthy, dose anyone on your team have any recommendations to quiet my mind? I have begun to mediate in the last few weeks but I realize that this is a long term solution. Thanks

I just completed day 1 and I feel very thankful to benefit from all of Dr. John's experiences, research and successes. How generous to share this wealth with others. I love how it is time released. I historically would blow through the whole thing in 24 hours with enthusiasm and then not remember anything! Will comment as I go through the lessons.
